About
Monika Krzesiak
I’m a Senior Digital Designer with over ten years experience crafting digital products in regulated, complex domains. I specialise in data-heavy applications, design systems, and mobile experiences — areas where the challenge is not just how something looks, but how it holds together under real conditions.
What I do
My work is grounded in research, user needs and product goals, shaped by detail.
Over the years, I’ve worked across different industries and teams — from educational products to complex digital systems for larger organisations. I’m especially drawn to projects where design helps bring clarity to complexity: making products easier to understand, decisions easier to make, and tasks easier to complete.
How I work
My process starts with asking the right questions: who are we designing for, what problem are we solving, and what should change once the solution is in place?
From there, I move into information architecture, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual design. I have experience leading UX/UI processes, working with design systems, designing in Figma, and collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders. I’m comfortable working both conceptually and hands-on — shaping the direction, structuring the experience, and turning ideas into clear, usable, and well-crafted interfaces.
How I think
I believe good design doesn’t need to be loud. It should be clear, useful, and refined enough to let people focus on what they came to do — not on the interface itself.
For me, design is about creating clarity: reducing friction, organising complexity, and making digital products feel intuitive, coherent, and easy to use.
